On June 14, Straughan was the recipient of a 2016 Maryland Green Registry Leadership Award!
Straughan Environmental is committed to reducing its impact on the environment as we strive to continue to improve our environmental performance and be a positive representative within our community. Through the guidance of The Straughan Green Team, we have initiated additional projects and activities that will further reduce our impacts on the environment as well as promote our company wide vision of creating a sustainable world.
Whether it is through smaller endeavors such as an office beehive and composting program or through larger efforts like achieving a Gold level rating under LEED for Commercial Interiors and regularly monitoring our energy efficiency, Straughan is dedicated to surpassing the high environmental goals we set for ourselves.
